Biography

Noam Launer was a tireless advocate for justice, devoted to strengthening civil institutions and protecting the rights of individuals in Rishon LeZion and beyond. Whether representing the underserved or shaping public policy, he brought unwavering integrity and a keen intellect to every challenge.

Through calm perseverance and collaboration, he inspired many to pursue fairness with dignity and humility; he is remembered at Ganei Ester (old) Cemetery in Rishon LeZion.
