Noble Leslie DeVotie

Biography

Raised in the young state of Alabama, Noble Leslie DeVotie came of age as the nation fractured, offering himself to the call of service when duty demanded it.

Though his life was cut short at the war's outset, the gentle courage he showed is held in remembrance by his community at Linwood Cemetery.
