Biography

Olof Olsson, a Swedish-born Lutheran minister, devoted his life to serving immigrant communities, providing spiritual counsel, education, and advocacy during a pivotal era of settlement. His preaching, teaching, and organizational efforts helped Swedish-Americans find a voice and a sense of belonging as they built new lives in the United States.

Remembered for his compassion and steadfast faith, he rests now at Riverside Cemetery, leaving behind a legacy of spiritual guidance and the bonds of community he nurtured.
