Otakar Frankenberger

Biography

Otakar Frankenberger (1911–1998) was a Czech historian whose scholarly work contributed to the understanding of Czech and Central European history. Born in the early twentieth century, he devoted much of his life to historical research and documentation during a period of significant historical transformation.

Frankenberger passed away in 1998 and was interred at Olšany Cemetery in Prague. His contributions to historical scholarship helped preserve and interpret the complex history of his nation during the turbulent twentieth century.
