Otho Manners

Biography

Otho Manners (1794–1879) devoted his time to the life of the Parish Church of St Andrew Buckland, supporting its ministries with dependable care.

He now rests within the parish grounds, and the congregants continue to draw inspiration from his steadfast faithfulness.
