Pál Végh

Biography

Pál Végh devoted his career to the university classroom, where he combined a deep sense of scholarship with a warm, personal touch. He believed in educating the whole person, paying attention to the integrity and curiosity of each student he guided.

Végh also contributed to academic life beyond the lecture hall through thoughtful participation in faculties and initiatives that strengthened higher education. His colleagues honor his memory as one who quietly advanced understanding while remaining committed to the welfare of his students and peers, now resting at Farkasréti Cemetery.
