Biography

Patrick C. Jack answered the call to defend the fledgling Republic of Texas with steady courage, serving among the soldiers who set the young territory on a course toward self‐determination.

After the guns fell silent he embraced the responsibilities of a settler, helping to nurture the communities whose safety he had once safeguarded; he now rests with honor at the Texas State Cemetery.
