Paul Daimler was a prominent German engineer whose career spanned the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. As a member of the renowned Daimler family, he contributed to Germany's industrial and technological development during a period of rapid advancement and innovation.

His long life, extending from 1869 to 1945, witnessed Germany's transformation from an industrial power through two world wars. He was interred at Waldfriedhof Dahlem in Berlin.
