Biography

Paul Monot came into the world in 1921, a young man whose commitment to justice drew him to the ranks of the resistance in Ivry-sur-Seine.

He joined others in clandestine efforts to protect their neighbors, and in 1943 he gave his life for the cause he believed would one day restore peace to his city.
