Biography

Petr Konůpka was born in 1886 in Bohemia. He lived through the final years of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and witnessed the creation and development of the Czechoslovak state.

Konůpka died in 1945 during the final year of World War II. He was laid to rest in the National Cemetery in Terezín, a place of solemn remembrance for those who suffered during the Nazi occupation of Czechoslovakia.
