Biography

Philip C. Wehle spent decades in the U.S. Army leading infantry brigades and staff efforts, helping translate hard-won lessons of World War II and Korea into training and doctrine for the next generation.

His steady leadership fostered a culture of readiness and care for soldiers and families, and he was laid to rest with fellow servicemembers at Arlington National Cemetery.
