Pinchas Horowitz was a rabbi born in 1731 who served as a spiritual leader and scholar within his Jewish community. His long life and career reflected the important role of rabbinical learning and leadership in preserving religious traditions and guiding communal life during the 18th century.

Horowitz lived to advanced age, passing away in 1805 after decades of devoted service to his community.
