Biography
Prince Wilhelm I of Auersperg (1749–1822) was a prominent nobleman and large estate owner who played a significant role in Central European aristocratic circles during the late 18th and early 19th centuries. Based at Vlašim Castle, he managed extensive landholdings and maintained the family's considerable influence in the region.
Throughout his life, Prince Wilhelm I was known for his stewardship of his estates and his participation in the social and political affairs of the Austro-Hungarian nobility.
