Biography
Ralph F. Lozier (1866-1945) represented Missouri as a Democratic U.S. Representative from 1911 to 1919, advocating for rural post roads and the needs of farmers while also working to keep his constituents well informed during the momentous years of World War I.
After returning home to his Oak Hill community, he continued to serve through legal counsel and civic gatherings, and visitors remember his thoughtful manner and commitment to the public good when they come to Oak Hill Cemetery.
