Biography
Raymond Anne was a young French resistance fighter who embodied the spirit of defiance against Nazi occupation during World War II. Born in 1922, he joined the underground resistance movement while still in his early twenties, risking his life to fight for French liberation.
Anne's resistance activities were cut short in 1944 when he was killed during the final stages of the war. He is commemorated at the Mémorial de la France combattante, honored among those brave individuals who sacrificed their lives for France's freedom during the Nazi occupation.
