Biography

Rev. George August Friedrich Wolf, born in 1847, devoted himself to the calling of ministry, offering sermons and pastoral care that welcomed congregants from all walks of life. His pulpit in Nortonville was a place of solace, where his depth of faith and earnest counsel helped families weather both joy and sorrow.

When he died in 1913, his congregation laid him to rest at Nortonville Cemetery, mindful of the compassionate guidance he gave and the calm spirit he displayed in every season.
