Richard Hines

Biography

Richard Hines lived a life rooted in his community during the early nineteenth century. Born in 1792, he witnessed the formative years of the young American republic and contributed to the development of his local area.

His memory is preserved at City Cemetery, where he was laid to rest in 1851 after a life spanning nearly six decades. He remains part of the historical record of his generation.
