Richard Skinner

Biography

Richard Skinner was born in 1778 and lived through the American Revolution and the establishment of the new nation. His fifty-five years provided him with a perspective on the birth of the United States.

Skinner passed away in 1833 and was interred in Dellwood Cemetery, where he rests as a member of the generation that witnessed America's founding.
