Richard Yulyevich Tile (1843–1911) was a notable Russian photographer who documented the visual culture of his era. His work as a photographer contributed to the historical record of Russian society during the latter half of the 19th century and the early years of the 20th century.

Tile's photographic endeavors represent an important chapter in the development of photography in Russia. His legacy remains preserved in the visual archives of Russian cultural history, and he was interred at Vvedenskoye Cemetery.
