Biography

Rinchen Lhamo was a pioneering Tibetologist whose scholarly work in the early twentieth century contributed significantly to Western understanding of Tibetan culture, language, and Buddhist traditions. Despite the challenges of her era, she dedicated herself to rigorous academic study and became recognized for her expertise in Tibetan texts and civilization.
