Robert Hoapili Baker

Biography

Robert Hoapili Baker was born in 1847 and witnessed the Kingdom of Hawaii's late years as well as the changes of a new century. He carried forward the traditions of his heritage with grace, offering his neighbors a calm and thoughtful companionship.

He lies in Kawaiahao Church Cemetery, echoing the faith and community spirit he cherished.
