Biography
Robert Richard Anstice was a distinguished mathematician whose intellectual contributions marked him as a man of considerable learning and ability. Born in 1813, he devoted his life to the advancement of mathematical knowledge during the nineteenth century, a period of remarkable progress in scientific understanding.
