Biography
Roman Nittim dedicated decades to coaching, guiding athletes toward their personal bests with patience and strategic insight. He believed that nurturing character was as important as honing technique, and his work left an imprint on Estonia’s competitive spirit.
Former trainees remember his encouragement and his belief that discipline ought to be coupled with joy, a philosophy that lives on beyond his passing and now rests at Metsakalmistu alongside other mentors.
