Rosalie Sensky

Biography

Rosalie Sensky was born in 1882 and grew up in Brno during a period of dynamic change within the Jewish community. Her life reflected the experiences of women in Central European Jewish society at the turn of the twentieth century.

Sensky passed away in 1919 at the age of thirty-seven and was buried in the Jewish cemetery in Brno. Though her life was relatively brief, she remained part of the enduring Jewish heritage of the city.
