Roswell Hart

Biography

Roswell Hart was born in 1824 and became a respected businessman whose entrepreneurial spirit contributed to the commerce of Rochester.

He remained engaged with the city's growth throughout his life, and when he passed in 1883 the city honored his service with burial at Mount Hope Cemetery.
