Salomon Strakosch, born in 1795, established himself as an entrepreneur within Brno’s growing Jewish population, contributing to the economic life of the city with diligence and quiet leadership. His efforts reflected the spirit of industriousness that many Jewish families brought to the region in the 19th century.
When he passed in 1867, he was laid to rest in the Jewish cemetery in Brno, where his legacy remains part of a long line of community builders.
