Salvatore Maranzano came to America from Sicily as part of the great wave of immigrants seeking opportunity and safety for their families. He labored to understand and navigate the new world around him, forming bonds with fellow newcomers and contributing to the vibrant neighborhoods that shaped early twentieth-century life.
