Biography

Samuel Arnold devoted his life to music, composing works for the theatre and cultivating the art of choral singing as an organist and conductor. His talent for setting heartfelt lyrics to graceful melodies won admirers in London’s concert halls and afforded him a lasting place among the composers of his era.
