Samuel Hopkins Emery

Biography

Samuel Hopkins Emery was born in 1815 and spent a long life devoted to the ties of family and the civic life of his Massachusetts community.

He was laid to rest at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in 1901, where loved ones remember him as a calm presence who cared deeply for the people he met along the way.
