Biography

Samuel S. Bloom (1860–1941) combined creativity and technical skill to produce inventions that eased daily life and supported the economic life of the growing Jewish community. His ingenuity reflected a conviction that thoughtful innovation could express national renewal.

The fruits of his work continued to serve neighbors and colleagues, and he is remembered at Trumpeldor Cemetery as an inventor whose imagination opened new possibilities.
