Sándor Garamszeghy (1879–1964) was a Hungarian individual whose eighty-five years of life made him a witness to Hungary's transformation from the late Austro-Hungarian Empire through the twentieth century. His longevity allowed him to observe and experience some of the most significant historical events in modern Hungarian history.
Garamszeghy's long life represented a bridge between Hungary's imperial past and its modern era. He is remembered as part of Budapest's historical fabric, with his legacy preserved at Farkasréti Cemetery, one of Hungary's most significant burial grounds.
