Sándor Lőwy was a baker whose craft fed many families and symbolized the comforting rhythms of daily life. Through early hours and careful attention to detail, he provided nourishment and warmth to his neighbors.
Though flour dust has settled on his hands, his memory lingers in the aromas of fresh bread and the gratitude of those who appreciated his craft, now honored at Fiume Road Graveyard.
