Biography
Sergey Kolomnin was a physician whose medical practice and dedication to healing contributed to public health in 19th-century Russia. His career in medicine reflected the growing professionalization of medical practice during this transformative period.
Kolomnin's service to the health and wellbeing of his patients earned him respect within the medical community and society at large. He was laid to rest in Novodevichy Cemetery in 1886.
