Biography
Sergey Spigelglas was a Soviet intelligence officer who served his nation during a period of intense international tension and espionage. His work in intelligence reflected the Cold War dynamics that would come to define much of the 20th century.
Spigelglas died in 1941 at the Kommunarka shooting ground, a victim of the political repressions that characterized the Stalin era. His death represents the tragic human toll of the security apparatus during this turbulent period in Soviet history.
