Biography

Seward Hays (1838–1924) witnessed a generation of change, yet his commitment to the steady rhythms of faith and fellowship never wavered. He was known for extending a hand of support and for encouraging others to hold fast to their hopes.

He rests at Lebanon Church Cemetery, where his memory is cherished for the sincere care he offered in both spoken words and daily deeds.
