Shearjashub B. Townsend

Biography

Shearjashub B. Townsend was born in 1796 and lived during the early years of the nineteenth century. Though his life was relatively brief, he lived during a time of significant change and development in American society and his local community.

Townsend passed away in 1832 at the age of 36, and was laid to rest at Pine Hill Cemetery. His memory is preserved among those who came before in that place of eternal rest.
