Sidney Edwards Morse

Biography

Sidney Edwards Morse (1835–1908) devoted himself to the civic and personal ties that sustained his community, watching the young republic grow around him and meeting each change with steady resolve.

When he passed at seventy-three he was laid to rest in Grove Street Cemetery, where family and friends remember the gentleman whose quiet generosity helped steady neighbors through times of transition.
