Biography
Sir Hungerford Hoskyns, 6th Baronet (1753–1802) was a member of the ancient and respected Hoskyns baronetcy. He inherited his title and estates during a period of significant social and political change in England, maintaining the family's standing through the late 18th century.
Sir Hungerford's life was cut short at the age of forty-nine. He was interred at the former Church of St Denis at the Kennels on the Harewood Park estate, a burial place befitting his baronial rank and family connections.
