Biography

Sir Patrick Dollan was a Scottish Labour politician and civic leader who served as Lord Provost of Glasgow and worked tirelessly for the co-operative movement, welfare reforms, and greater civic responsibility. His leadership during difficult years, including the air raids of 1941, earned him widespread respect.

He rests at Dalbeth Cemetery, where his legacy of service to Glasgow and its people continues to be honored.
