Sir Thomas Gery Cullum, 7th Baronet (1741–1831) was a distinguished surgeon who brought considerable medical expertise and professional standing to his community. As a baronet, he combined his surgical practice with the responsibilities and social prominence of his hereditary title.

Cullum's long life spanned nearly a century, during which he contributed significantly to medical practice and local affairs. He was interred at All Saints Church in Hawstead, where his legacy as both a skilled physician and a member of the gentry was commemorated.
