Biography

Solimeno Petri served with the Italian military during the turbulent years of the 1930s, a period in which soldiers on both sides sought to protect the lives entrusted to them.

He now lies at the Italian military cemetery of Adigrat, where his service and the sacrifices of his comrades are marked by quiet dignity.
