Stepan Grigoryev

Biography

Stepan Grigoryev (1846–1874) was a Russian poet whose creative voice contributed to 19th-century Russian literature. Though his life was cut short, his poetic works reflected the artistic sensibilities of his generation.

Grigoryev was honored with burial at Vagankovo Cemetery, where his memory endures among other cultural figures of the Russian literary tradition.
