Biography

Tavrion Batozskiĭ shepherded the faithful through decades of change, offering calm guidance rooted in Eastern Orthodox tradition. His sermons spoke of compassion, reverence, and the quiet strength found in prayer, sustaining a community that sought solace in both ritual and fellowship.

At Valgunde Monastery he tended to the spiritual needs of monastics and visitors alike, tending orchards and chapels with equal devotion. He believed faith could heal and unite, and he lived that belief through humble service until his final days.
