Teresa Prażmowska (1842–1912) was a distinguished Polish writer whose literary contributions enriched nineteenth-century Polish culture. Her works reflected the intellectual currents of her era and earned her recognition among her contemporaries.

Prażmowska's legacy endures through her written works, which continue to be studied as important documents of Polish literary history. She was laid to rest at Powązki Cemetery, one of Warsaw's most significant burial grounds, where many notable figures of Polish culture are commemorated.
