Biography
Theodore Bacon devoted himself to the steady practice of good works, whether through religious, educational, or philanthropic service, guiding others with a calm moral compass and a patient ear. He treasured the bonds of family and community, and his leadership was marked by humility and a willingness to shoulder the tasks others might avoid.
He was remembered as a gentle but resolute presence in the lives of many; he died in 1900 and was laid to rest at Mount Hope Cemetery.
