Theophylact Shiryaev

Biography

Theophylact Shiryaev was an Eastern Orthodox priest who devoted his life to religious service during the late 18th and early 19th centuries. He served within the Russian Orthodox Church during a period of significant spiritual and institutional development.

He spent his ministry at the Transfiguration Cathedral in Tambov, an important religious center in central Russia. His burial at this cathedral reflects his dedication to the ecclesiastical community he served throughout his life.
