Thomas Belcher

Thomas Belcher, born in 1834, spent his later years at Togus VA Medical Center, finding fellowship with fellow veterans and sustaining a quiet patriotism during a time of healing.

He now lies among the veterans in Togus, where his compassion and enduring commitment to country are gratefully remembered.
