Thomas George Turrall

Biography
Thomas George Turrall served with the Worcestershire Regiment during the First World War, and his courage in carrying vital messages across the battlefield earned him the Victoria Cross for gallantry in 1915.
After the war he returned quietly to civilian life, nurturing the bonds of comradeship that sustained him, and he is interred at Robin Hood Cemetery where his bravery is still honoured.
