Biography

Thomas Y. Fitzpatrick was born near Frankfort, Kentucky, and followed a path of study that led him into law and public service. He represented his fellow Kentuckians with a thoughtful voice, advocating for local concerns while serving in the halls of Congress with a calm resolve.

After his time in Washington he returned to his home state, offering counsel and support to neighbors and friends and working to strengthen civic life in and around the capital. He now rests in Frankfort Cemetery, remembered as a steady steward of Kentucky's interests.
