Biography

Thyra Kullgren was a dedicated Swedish women's rights activist who championed the cause of gender equality and women's empowerment during a crucial period in Swedish social history. Her advocacy work contributed to the broader movement for women's rights that transformed Swedish society in the early 20th century.

Kullgren lived from 1870 to 1946, devoting much of her life to advancing the rights and opportunities for women. She was laid to rest at Östra kyrkogården in Uppsala, where her contributions to Swedish women's rights are commemorated.
